Steven Fikes

Steven Fikes began their work experience at RadiciSpandex in 1998, where they held a management position until 2012. Steven then transitioned to AIG Financial Network, working as a Financial Representative from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they joined Allstate Financial Services, LLC as a Financial Representative from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Powell Fikes Allstate Agency as an Agent until 2016. From 2016 onwards, they have been working at Allstate as an Insurance Agent at the Steven Fikes Agency. Recently, in 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Elite Recruiting LLC.

From 1993 to 1995, Steven Fikes attended Tuscaloosa County High and obtained an Advanced Diploma. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Colorado Technical University.
