Chrl Philip Andrades

Philip Andrades, CHRL, has over 28 years of experience in various human resources roles. Philip is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Elite Residential Concierge Inc., a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, Philip worked at Altus Group Limited for 11 years as the Director of Human Resources. Before that, they held roles at Groupe TVA, Quebecor Media Inc., and Sun TV as the Human Resources Director and Manager. Philip also worked at IBM as a Human Resources Generalist for five years and at the City of Toronto as a Facility & Aquatics Manager for five years.

Philip Andrades, CHRL pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Toronto, which they completed between 1992 and 1996. Philip then proceeded to Seneca Polytechnic, where from 1996 to 1997, they obtained a Post Grad certificate in Human Resources Management. Lastly, they attended the University of Guelph from 1997 to 1998, earning a Master of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology.
