Nicole Eisenbarth currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Elite Roofing Supply, where a commitment to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction drives the success of the organization. Previously, Nicole held various HR leadership roles at The World Egg Bank, overseeing comprehensive HR functions, and served as Executive Director of Human Resources for the United States Air Force, managing HR operations for significant cadet programs and personnel support across multiple bases. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership/HR from Brandman University, multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Wayland Baptist University, Nicole possesses a robust educational foundation complemented by specialized training in HR mergers and acquisitions.
