Kurt Kruzshak

Kurt Kruzshak is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in management roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Elite Spice Inc since December 2016, Kurt oversees innovation, design, engineering, and project management for food import and processing operations. Previous positions include Engineering and Maintenance Manager at A.J. Sackett and Sons Company, where Kurt directed design and drafting in equipment systems for the fertilizer industry, and Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Chesapeake Specialty Products, managing solutions for manufacturing in agriculture. Kurt also held notable roles at Sun Products Corporation, Lafarge Cement, and USG, contributing to maintenance and engineering efforts over a span of several years. Kurt earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
