Zulfiqar Bashir Ahmed

Zulfiqar Bashir Ahmed is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and DevOps. Currently serving as Managing Director and Vice President of DevOps at Elixir Technologies since June 2000, Zulfiqar has been instrumental in transitioning the organization to DevOps practices, enhancing engineering capacities, and implementing automation in development processes. Previously held roles include Regional Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering, where Zulfiqar oversaw multiple engineering teams and flagship products, as well as Development Manager, leading engineering efforts on output management components. Zulfiqar began a career as a Software Engineer, developing distributed applications and progressively advancing through various engineering roles. Recently, Zulfiqar served as Chief Technology Officer at 99 Technologies. Zulfiqar holds an MS in Software Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology and a BS in Computer System Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology.
