Kathy Smith

Kathy Smith is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor at Soul to Soul Counselling Services since July 2015, specializing in counselling and group facilitation for clients dealing with PTSD, emotional pain, and various forms of trauma, including sexual abuse and addictions. In addition to this role, Kathy has served as a Residential Support Worker at The Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver since January 2020 and previously worked as a Support Worker at Inter Resource Consulting from September 2014 to December 2019, focusing on assisting at-risk women. Kathy also has experience as a Casual Addictions Counsellor with the Life Recovery Association from July 2017 to March 2018, where client screening, assessment, and counselling were key responsibilities. Educational credentials include a Diploma of Professional Counselling and an Addictions Worker Certificate from Vancouver College of Counsellor Training, completed between 2014 and 2015, along with a high school diploma from Osceola High School.
