Tricia McGarrah is a dedicated clinical counsellor with extensive experience in providing support to diverse populations, particularly within the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Since June 2022, Tricia has been employed at Mountain View Counselling, offering individual counselling focused on life and identity transitions, as well as faith transitions. Concurrently, Tricia has served as a clinical counsellor and executive assistant at The Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver since July 2020. Previous roles include program manager at SA Foundation, where responsibilities involved coordinating recovery programs for women affected by exploitation and trafficking, and program coordinator at Community House Damaris, the first non-profit recovery program in Athens for trafficked women. Tricia also has a strong background in library services and academia, with experience as a youth services librarian and teaching assistant. Tricia holds a Master's degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Union University.
