Carolina Concepcion

Carolina Concepcion is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education and financial services. Currently serving as a Financial Aid Counselor and Financial Aid Assistant at Elizabethtown College since May 2022, Carolina previously worked as a Referral Coordinator at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from October 2019 to May 2022. Earlier roles include a Science Teacher at Liberty Avenue Middle School, a School Aide and AmeriCorps Success Mentor at Pan American International High School, and a Caseworker at Mercy Drive, Inc. Carolina's career began at The UPS Store and The Home Depot, where customer service skills were developed.
