Monica A Venturella

Monica Venturella serves as the Assistant Director of Admissions and Slate Co-Captain at Elizabethtown College since October 2019, focusing on optimizing the Slate CRM for admissions processes and overseeing related events. With prior experience as an Admissions Counselor at Lebanon Valley College and various roles at Elizabethtown College, including Editor in Chief for Jay Crew Magazine and Student Overnight Coordinator, Monica has developed strong communication and organizational skills in admissions and event coordination. Monica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Communications from Elizabethtown College, where academic and student engagement initiatives have been a consistent focus.
