Gary Cowan

Gary Cowan is an experienced trial attorney currently employed at Elk & Elk Co., Ltd. since April 2001, and previously served as an attorney at Garson & Associates from January 1993 to January 2000. Gary Cowan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law (1984-1987), a Master of Health Administration from the University of Ottawa (1981-1983), and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biology from the University of Ottawa (1977-1981).
