Björn Ehlers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Björn is currently the Head of Communication & artist relations at Elk, a music tech startup company. At Elk, they are responsible for developing technologies that bridge the gap between musicians and technology. Prior to joining Elk, Björn worked at Lupo Design as a Strategist and Account director. In this role, they led the strategic work within the creative team by analyzing situations, products, markets, and customer behaviors. Additionally, Björn has experience as a Strategist at Lupo Design where they created a structure for the creative team to work within. Björn'sexpertise in strategy extends to clients from various industries such as DeLaval, Berwaldhallen, Sherwin-Williams, and WeSC. Björn also founded a record label called Ramjac, where they handled production tasks and responsibilities such as PR, marketing, and licensing. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Freelance Consultant.
Björn Ehlers has a diverse education history. In 2014, they attended Hyper Island for a digital strategy program. Prior to that, in 2009, they studied creative writing at Södertörn University. Björn'sundergraduate education took place at Stockholm University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a fil.kand degree in marketing communication. In addition to their formal education, Björn also obtained a certification from ARU at KOMM in November 2012.
