Tom Vandergrift is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CEO of Elkhart Clinic since August 2021 and President of Woodmont Consultancy, LLC since February 2020, Vandergrift has focused on healthcare legislative education and strategy development. Previously, in roles such as Senior Director at VillageMD, Network Director at Anthem, Inc., Chief Executive of Primary Care at Community Health Network, and Chief Operating Officer at Community Physicians of Indiana, Vandergrift demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth, improve quality, and enhance patient satisfaction across multiple healthcare organizations. Vandergrift holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis.
