Nita Russell

Nita Russell has extensive experience in quality assurance and metrology, serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Metrologist at Myers | Elkhart Plastics since August 1994. Nita's expertise includes PPAP, ISIR, document control, and supervision, along with a background as a Quality Engineer focused on metrology and ISO 9000 auditing. In addition, Nita has been the EHS/Training Coordinator at Myers | Elkhart Plastics since May 2017, specifically in the rotomolding sector. Nita also volunteers as a Captain with the Cass County Sheriffs Mounted Division, conducting monthly meetings and organizing team efforts to enhance community safety and security. Furthermore, Nita has held leadership roles within volunteer organizations, including serving as Lt. Colonial for the Michigan Sheriff's Mounted Association, which covers over ten counties in Michigan. Education credentials include practical experience from Marcellus, MI, and informal learning through the School of Hard Knocks.
