Tonny Schat

Tonny Schat is an experienced project leader with a strong background in the housing sector, currently serving as a Projectleider at Thuiscorporatie Elkien since November 2021. Previously, Tonny held roles at Beter Wonen IJsselmuiden, where responsibilities included supporting the Real Estate department through process optimization and digitization. With substantial experience at WoonFriesland, Tonny managed the improvement and sustainability of rental properties, leading projects from preparation to realization while coordinating various contractors and ensuring quality and budget adherence. Additional roles include advising on maintenance planning and policy implementation, as well as technical service management early in Tonny's career.
