Michael Redaelli

Michael Redaelli has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael most recently worked as the Director of Web & UI at ELL since June 2022, where they played a crucial role in leading web and user interface design. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Art Director at ELL from May 2021 to July 2022. Before joining ELL, Michael worked at CivicSource as a Product Designer from September 2019 to May 2021. Michael also served as an Art Director at Hundred Acre Design Inc. from September 2017 to August 2019. Michael has extensive experience in the creative industry, having worked as a Creative Director at both Country Roads magazine and NewAperio from February 2015 to September 2017 and May 2015 to June 2017, respectively. Additionally, they served as a Creative Director at Rep Cap from June 2013 to November 2014. Michael's early career included the role of Senior Graphic Designer at TM International, where they led design for the vending branch, print design, web design, product design, and process design from February 2007 to February 2013. Overall, Michael Redaelli has held various leadership positions in web design, graphic design, and product design throughout their career.
