Jacob Kristoffersen

Jacob Kristoffersen serves as the Vice President of the Global Field Service Business Line at Ellab since January 2023, leading a team of over 360 engineers in commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) as well as engineering and consultancy. Previously, Jacob held the position of Senior Project Manager at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, overseeing the upgrade of utility and building management systems. With extensive experience at PEC and Chr. Hansen A/S, Jacob directed field services and consulting, focusing on pharmaceutical automation, design, and project management. Jacob also contributed to significant projects at Novo Nordisk, including the NovoPen®5 assembly lines and other automation initiatives, and provided validation engineering support at Biogen Idec and GSK.
