Laura Lomow

Laura Lomow, CEBS, ICD.D, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and board leadership. As a Partner and President at Ellement Consulting Group since 2006, Laura founded AQ Group Solutions, initially operating as AQ Financial Group. Laura holds a position as Director-At-Large with the Winnipeg Construction Association and has previously served as Regional Chair of EO Canada. Additional board roles include St. Paul's High School, the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba, Winnipeg Harvest, and More Than Shoes. Laura's educational background includes an ICD.D from the Rotman School of Management and an EMP from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by qualifications in Group Benefits from Dalhousie University.
