Spencer J. Vigil

Spencer J. Vigil is an experienced hospitality professional and writer with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a bartender and host at Ellen's Stardust Diner since August 2022, Spencer also held the position of Guest Relations Coordinator at 54 Below from June 2023 to October 2023. Education includes a degree in Writing & Design for Musical Theater, Creative Media & Technology from Berklee College of Music and a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from Seattle Pacific University. Notably, Spencer is the author of "Summers in Laurel Canyon," the first published book of poetry. Additional experience includes work in theater management, facilities maintenance, and activism.
