Jamie's career also includes significant management experience as the Master Distiller and Operations Manager at Chase Distillery and General Manager at Dobbies Garden Centres plc, where responsibilities included operational oversight, staff management, and strategic sales initiatives. Jamie's educational background includes O levels in Maths, Art, History, Biology, and Food Science from George Eliot from 1980 to 1984.
