Alyssa Beck-White started their work experience in 2012 as a Preschool Director and Instructor at Leona Group Arizona. In this role, they developed lesson plans, managed parent accounts, and ensured program compliance. From 2016 to 2022, Alyssa worked at Gilbert High School, first as a Math Teacher and later as an Esports Coach. As a Math Teacher, they maintained effective communication with students and parents, led professional learning community meetings, and developed differentiated lesson plans. As an Esports Coach, they organized practice and game schedules, collaborated with local coaches, and mediated conflicts between students. Since 2022, Alyssa has been working as a Campus Engagement Manager at Ellevation Education, supporting districts across the U.S. that use Ellevation Math.
Alyssa Beck-White has a diverse education history. Alyssa began their academic journey at Mesa Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Following this, Alyssa attended Arizona State University from 2012 to 2016. During their time at ASU, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. Additionally, they obtained a Secondary Education Certificate in Education.
In terms of additional certifications, Alyssa expanded their knowledge and skills through various courses. In February 2022, they completed the "Customer Success Management Fundamentals" and "Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management" courses offered by LinkedIn. In March 2022, they also completed the "Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers" course on LinkedIn. Prior to these certifications, Alyssa acquired the "Mathematics Teacher" certification from the Arizona Department of Education in May 2016.
