Melissa Himes

Melissa Himes started their work experience in 2016 as a Teacher at Loudoun County Public Schools. Melissa worked in this role from August 2016 to June 2019. Following that, in 2019, they joined Kildeer Countryside School District 96 as a Language Development Coach. Melissa held this position from June 2019 to April 2022. Currently, Melissa Himes is working as a Customer Success Manager at Ellevation Education, starting in March 2022.

Melissa Himes obtained their Bachelor's degree in Education from CEA CAPA Education Abroad in 2013. Melissa then pursued further education at Westminster College (PA) from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching. In 2018, Melissa enrolled at Western Governors University and completed a degree in English Language Learning in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Melissa obtained certifications from the Illinois State Board of Education. In 2019, they became certified as an Elementary and Special Education School Teacher. In the same year, Melissa also obtained certification as an English as a Second Language Teacher.
