Mia Jedborn

Mia Jedborn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in online delivery and customer success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Online Delivery Center at Ellevio AB since April 2022, Mia is focused on enhancing the development department and managing online solutions. Previously, Mia held the position of Head of the Online Delivery Center at Ellevio, where responsibilities included establishing a new development department. Prior roles at Vattenfall involved managing digital customer interfaces and leading product support teams, aimed at improving customer experience through agile methodologies. Mia also led the Customer Success team at QuestBack, driving customer loyalty and satisfaction, and has held roles such as Head of Support & Training at Easyresearch and Systems Engineer at Intentia R&D. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Science from Stockholm University and various studies at institutions such as Blekinge Institute of Technology and Linköping University.
