Christian Lorig

Christian Lorig is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leading remote teams and driving agile practices across various organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Engineering Manager at Elli, a brand of the Volkswagen Group, Christian has held previous roles including Engineering Manager at Lendis, Toptal, and Yara International, where responsibilities included team development and integration design. As Head of Agile Coaching & Engineering at DaWanda GmbH, Christian developed agile adoption strategies and managed coaching initiatives. Prior to that, Christian was the CTO at ecratum GmbH, focusing on supplier management system enhancements. Additional experience includes technical leadership at Mobile Event Guide and co-founding a startup. Christian holds a degree in Computer Science from Technisch gewerbliches Berufsbildungszentrum 1 Saarbrücken.
