Blake Howat Pt, Dpt, Atc

Blake Howat, PT, DPT, ATC, is a skilled Physical Therapist at Elliott Physical Therapy since August 2017, focusing on the evaluation and rehabilitation of diverse patient populations, including those with spinal fractures, postoperative needs, post-concussion syndrome, and sports-related injuries. Blake also provides athletic event coverage and oversees preseason screenings for high school athletes. Additionally, Blake has developed and presented a community outreach project on concussion awareness. Since January 2016, Blake has served as a Per Diem Athletic Trainer for Precision Athletic Training, covering various athletic events. Blake holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Boston University.
