Phillip Welburn serves as the Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Elliott Scott HR since July 2011, where the company specializes in HR recruitment and has a global presence with offices in major cities around the world. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director and Director for North Asia at Profile Search & Selection and Consultant at Michael Page. Phillip's educational background includes a Law degree from the University of Lincoln, completed in 2007, along with earlier studies at St. Bedes School and Chatham House Grammar School.
