Benson Alingo

Benson Alingo is a seasoned professional in business analysis with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Architect at KCB Bank Group since April 2023, Benson is also working as a Business Analyst at Tracom Services Limited since March 2022, focusing on delivering innovative payment solutions to government institutions in Africa. Since August 2016, Benson has held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Ellipse Projects SAS, contributing analytical insights for the deployment of the Kenya Revenue Authority's Integrated Customs Management System. Prior experience includes a role as Business Analyst at Mahindra Comviva, where responsibilities included customizing mobile money solutions for various African markets, and earlier positions at Safaricom Limited as a Data Services Analyst and Systems Support Analyst. Benson holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Maseno University.
