Jackie Miller has extensive experience in the judicial and legal fields, serving as a Judge for Ellis County since December 1995. Miller also holds positions as an Associate and Vice President for the Texas Association of Counties, beginning in January 2010. From November 2014 to November 2016, Miller was the Past President of the North Texas Justice of the Peace and Constables Association. Educationally, Miller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University between 1979 and 1984 and has participated in various judicial training programs, including those organized by the Texas Justice Court Training Center and the National Judges Association from 1997 to 2027. Additionally, Miller completed a paralegal program at Southeastern in the early 1990s.
