Alicia Williams

Alicia Williams, MS, RN, is an accomplished registered nurse with extensive experience in emergency nursing and leadership roles. Currently serving as a registered nurse at St. Barnabas Hospital and New York City HHC Woodhull since April 2020, Alicia has been instrumental in providing care during the Covid crisis at a Level 2 Trauma Center. Additionally, Alicia has held various positions in nursing education as a professor and adjunct faculty at multiple institutions. As CEO of both Independent/Consultant and Creative Edge Photography and Design, Alicia has focused on professional training, leadership development, and marketing. With a Doctorate in Nursing Science and a strong background in organizational development, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the nursing profession.
