Rusty Senecal

Rusty Senecal serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Ellis Medicine since July 2020. Previously, Rusty held the position of Director of Finance - Medical Associates at St. Peter's Health Partners from July 2017 to July 2020. Rusty also served as the Director of Finance & Accounting at CapitalCare Medical Group from February 2014 to July 2017 and as Finance Director for Ellis Medical Group from May 2012 to August 2013. Between September 2009 and May 2012, Rusty was Finance Director at OptumHealth and worked as the Practice Financial Officer at US Oncology/New York Oncology Hematology PC from September 2000 to September 2009. Earlier in Rusty's career, from January 1995 to June 2000, Rusty was the Director of Financial Services at Blue Shield of Northeastern New York. Rusty holds a BBA in Accounting from Siena College and an MSA in Accounting from The College of Saint Rose.
