Pamela Duffy

Pamela Duffy is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, focusing on business disputes and estate litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Ellis & Winters LLP since September 2022, Pamela has previously held the position of Attorney at Sharpless McClearn Lester Duffy, PA from January 2015 to October 2022, and led the litigation section at Wishart Norris, P.A. from September 1991 to December 2014. Pamela has significant trial experience in both federal and state courts, including the North Carolina Business Court. Pamela holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Boston University.
