Adam Crichlow

Adam Crichlow is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service desk management and technical support. Currently serving as IT Service Desk Manager at Ellsworth Adhesives since March 2017, Adam previously held the role of Team Lead/Executive Support at Stefanini, where responsibilities included managing deskside support teams and enhancing helpdesk efficiency. With a foundational career at Dedicated Computing and additional roles at Best Buy and Target, Adam has developed strong skills in customer service, executive support, and systems troubleshooting. Adam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Network Specialist degree from Waukesha County Technical College.
