Michelle Steen has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning. Michelle served as a Human Resources Director at the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, where they were responsible for aligning HR systems and processes with organizational goals and objectives. Prior to that, they were a Sr Manager of HR Operations at BrightHealth. Michelle also worked as a Human Resources Director at Deluxe Corporation, supporting the financial services business segment and providing leadership to a team of HR Business Partners. Michelle has extensive experience in benefits management, having served as a Benefits Manager at Target, where they led a team responsible for benefits security and time off programs. At GE, they worked as an HR Manager, supporting corporate functions and implementing a formal compensation structure. Michelle began their career at 3M, where they participated in an HR leadership development program and served as an HR Manager at three different manufacturing operations.
