Ajay Poonja

Ajay Poonja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and software quality assurance. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Ellucian since May 2016, Ajay is responsible for gathering and evaluating business requirements and managing Scrum Agile ceremonies for a team of ten members. Prior to this role, Ajay was a Senior SQA Engineer at IHS Markit | Technology, where responsibilities included coordinating performance testing criteria and developing automation test scripts in Java with Selenium WebDriver. Ajay began the career as a Software Test Engineer at eMids Technologies, focusing on creating test cases from client requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and completeness. Ajay holds a Product Manager Certificate from Product School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from NMAM Institute of Technology.
