Jennifer Welding

Jennifer Welding has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer is currently the Executive Director at Ellucian Foundation, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Ellucian, where they held various roles including Deputy General Counsel, VP & Chief Compliance Officer since July 2021, and Vice President of Compliance & Assistant General Counsel since August 2013. From 2015 to 2021, Jennifer served as a Board Member at the Support Center for Child Advocates. Jennifer also worked at Ricoh Americas Corporation as an Assistant General Counsel from June 2005 to August 2013. Jennifer began their career at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in 1999, where they worked as an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group until 2005. In this role, they represented management in employment litigation, provided compliance advice, and drafted various employment documents.

Jennifer Welding has a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in International Relations from Saint Joseph's University.
