Jim Bennett

Jim Bennett is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel at Ellucian. Jim has been with the company since January 1988, and has served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, as well as General Counsel for SunGard Higher Education. Jim's focus has been on customer and partner transactions, litigation management, and general corporate matters. Jim has also been a member of businesses' management team.

Jim Bennett has a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BA in English from Holy Family University.

Jim Bennett reports to Laura K. Ipsen, President & CEO. They are on a team with Melissa King - SVP, Strategy & Operations, Harshan Bhangdia - EVP, CFO, and Titina Ott-Adams - SVP, Customer Experience.
