Pam Noreault

Pam Noreault has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to information architecture, content management, and user assistance. Pam is currently working as the Principal Information Architect at Ellucian since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Delivery Director of Professional Services at RWS Group from February 2021 to February 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Pam worked at SDL, where they held multiple positions, including Principal Consultant, Senior Manager, and Solutions Architect. In these roles, they deployed software solutions, engaged with customers, and focused on the customer deployment journey.

Before joining SDL, Pam worked at ACI Worldwide as a Senior Manager of Information Development and a Senior User Experience Content Specialist/Information Architect. Here, they managed and mentored a large team, researched and designed content strategies, and implemented user assistance deliverables.

Prior to that, Pam worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Columbus State Community College, where they facilitated courses and conducted seminars on technical writing and instructional design.

Pam also has experience working as the Director of Creative Services at Exceptional Innovation, LLC, the Global Documentation Lead at Sophos, the Manager of Information Development at ENDFORCE, Inc, and the Documentation and Training Manager at Sterling Commerce.

Overall, Pam Noreault has a strong background in managing teams, implementing content strategies, and providing user assistance in a variety of industries.

Pam Noreault completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Spanish and English at The Ohio State University from 1984 to 1988. Pam then pursued a Master of Arts degree in English with a specialization in Professional Writing at Wright State University from 1990 to 1992.
