Josiephine Lee has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Medical Billing Specialist and Network Administrator for Watergate & Burke Allergy and Asthma Centers. In 2013, they shifted to a Systems Administrator role at Tangible Software, Inc., where they had a solid understanding of software requirements, architecture, software development, testing, operations, maintenance, configuration management, knowledge management, information assurance and various versions of LINUX/UNIX operating systems. In 2014, they took on a role as a Linux Systems Administrator at Raytheon Blackbird Technologies, Inc. In 2015, they were an Operations & Maintenance Applications - Systems Administrator at Alltech International, Inc., where they were responsible for maintaining system security and integrity controls, and helping to formulate policies, procedures, and standards relating to system administration and management. Finally, in 2015, they became a Cybersecurity Analyst/ Engineer at Ellumen, Inc., where they supported the Information System Security Officer (ISSO)/System POCs during the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process to ensure assigned Defense Health Agency (DHA) enclaves and networks had the proper Authorization to Operate (ATO) using the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Josiephine Lee's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Saint La Salle, which they received in 2002 after four years of study. Josiephine also attended George Mason University from 2006 to 2007 and obtained an Information Technology Foundation. Additionally, Josiephine has obtained several certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker from the EC-Council in 2017, LPIC-1 from the Linux Professional Institute in 2014, Linux+ from CompTIA in 2014, and Security+ from CompTIA in 2013.
