Zachary Omcikus

Zachary Omcikus is an experienced metallurgist currently working at Ellwood Quality Steels Co since June 2018, focusing on quality and operational improvements in the heat treating and finishing department of a large rolled plate mill. Prior to this role, Zachary held the position of metallurgical engineer at ArcelorMittal from May 2014 to June 2018. Zachary's professional journey began as a materials intern at the Applied Research Lab at Penn State from January 2013 to May 2014. Zachary earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Penn State University, completing studies in 2014.
