Newton Kershaw III

Newton H. Kershaw III serves as the CEO of Elm Grove Companies, a New Hampshire-based private equity real estate investment firm that manages over 1,700 apartments and employs 100 staff across all aspects of acquisition, construction, and property management. Additionally, Newton is a member of the YPO Northeast One Chapter, representing a global community of over 34,000 executives dedicated to leadership excellence. Previous experience includes serving as an Investment Real Estate Advisor at Stebbins Commercial Properties, Business Manager for BAE Systems’ defense contracts, and a Corporate Finance Associate at Lehman Brothers. Newton holds a BS in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Economics from Syracuse University and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, focusing on Family Office Wealth Management.
