Cari Kempster

Cari Kempster, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at ELM Resources since March 2007. Throughout an impressive career at ELM Resources, Cari has held multiple roles including Vice President and various director positions in Human Resources and Communications. Prior to this, Cari worked at Crescent Jewelers as Executive Assistant to the CEO while managing corporate and store operations, and served as Business Manager at Career Solutions College.
