Joseph Schumacher

Joseph Schumacher, Ed.D., pHCLE serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Elmhurst District 205 Public Schools since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Superintendent for District 300 Schools from July 2007 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of secondary schools, executive leadership in secondary curriculum and assessment, and serving as Principal and Assistant Principal at Dundee Middle School. Joseph Schumacher holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Illinois University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Illinois State University.
