James Cockrum

James Cockrum has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. James worked as a Supply Chain Specialist at Advanced Technology Services (ATS) from July 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Apple starting from October 2014. At Apple, they held multiple roles including Technical Expert, Volunteer Guide, and At Home Advisor. James'sresponsibilities included diagnosing and solving customer issues with iOS devices, performing physical repairs, arranging and approving volunteer opportunities, and assisting customers with iOS/iCloud issues over the phone. Currently, they are working as an Application Engineer at Elo Touch Solutions starting in May 2023.

James Cockrum attended Bethel University, College of Professional Studies from 2012 to 2014. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History.
