Lauren O'Malley

Lauren O'Malley has over 8 years of work experience in the recruitment and marketing industry. Lauren started their career in 2012 as a Copy Editor at The Daily Collegian. In 2013, they were a Website Specialist and Web Content Writer at hibu. Lauren then moved to MRP | Market Resource Partners in 2014 as a Corporate Recruiter and Account Executive. After that, they became an Associate Manager at hibu in the same year. In 2021, they were a Senior Recruiter at Talentfoot Executive Search & Staffing, and currently holds the role of Senior Corporate Recruiter at eLocal since 2022.

Lauren O'Malley holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Penn State University's Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications. Lauren also obtained a certification in Cybersecurity at Work from LinkedIn in August 2022.
