Sotiris Charitonidis (Sot)

Sotiris (Sot) Charitonidis has extensive work experience in business development and portfolio management. Sotiris (Sot) is currently the Head of Business Development at Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc., a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of International Business Development (Out/L & Portfolio) at the same company from January 2021 to February 2023. Sot also worked as a Senior Manager and Manager in Business Development and Portfolio at Elpen from 2017 to 2021. Before joining Elpen, Sot worked as a Business Analytics Consultant - Fellow at Hostess Brands, Inc. in 2014 and as a Senior Business Analyst in Consulting & Services at IMS Health from 2012 to 2014. Sotiris (Sot) also gained experience as a Research Project Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in 2012 and as a Finance Intern at National Bank of Greece in 2008.

Sotiris (Sot) Charitonidis pursued their education in a chronological manner. Sotiris (Sot) began their academic journey in 2006 and completed it in 2010 at the Athens University of Economics and Business, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing & Communication. In 2011, Sotiris attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management Science (Decision Sciences) in 2012. Continuing their dedication to lifelong learning, in 2021, they enrolled in an executive education program at INSEAD, focusing on Design Thinking and Creativity for Business (DTCB).
