Cadran Cowansage

Cadran Cowansage is the CEO and founder of Elpha, a professional network for women with daily expert conversations, unique job opportunities, events, resources, and 75,000+ women having candid conversations and making friends. Prior to Elpha, Cadran was an engineering lead at Y Combinator and a senior software engineer at MongoDB. Cadran has also held positions as a platform manager at Flatiron Health and a software engineer at Columbia University and Princeton Consultants. Cadran began their career as a technology analyst at Merrill Lynch. Cadran holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University.
