Linh Nguyen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success and human resources. Currently serving as Customer Success Lead for the SEA Cluster and Head of Customer Success for Vietnam at ELSA, Corp since September 2021, Linh has honed skills in customer engagement and satisfaction. Prior experience includes a tenure at CJ CheilJedang from August 2015 to August 2021 as Human Resources Development Manager, where strategic training programs were designed and implemented. Linh also contributed to the Canadian International School System Vietnam in various roles, including Admissions Manager, and has earlier experience in translation and interpreting at Tan Tao Group and Viet Family Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Oriental Studies with a focus on Korean Studies from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
