Adrien Pagliano

Adrien Pagliano has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Adrien started their career at Schneider Electric, where they worked as a Developer on a project involving the performance estimation of automation architectures. During this role, they were able to streamline the pre-sales process and save time by avoiding unnecessary laboratory tests.

Following their time at Schneider Electric, Adrien joined SWING-WS as a Firmware/Java SE Engineer. In this position, they were responsible for maintaining and developing the software part of the electronics board test bench. Adrien'smain focus was on testing home automation products and implementing new functionalities.

Most recently, Adrien joined Elsys Design as a Business Engineer. In this role, they managed the entire business engineering cycle independently. Adrien'sresponsibilities included recruiting and qualifying engineers, business development in the PACA region, responding to customer requests, monitoring projects and employees, and handling financial and contractual management.

Throughout their work experience, Adrien has demonstrated a strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently on complex projects.

Adrien Pagliano began their education in 2011 at Université Côte d'Azur, where they pursued a degree in DUT Réseaux et Télécommunications, focusing on Networks and Telecommunications. Adrien completed this program in 2013. In 2013, Adrien moved on to Grenoble INP - Phelma, where they completed a Tronc commun Physique Electronique Télécommunications program, although the degree name is unspecified. From 2014 to 2017, Adrien attended Polytech Nice Sophia, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electronique specializing in Génie des Systèmes Embarqués.
