Richard Smith

Richard Smith has worked in the finance industry for over 25 years. Richard began their career in 1992 as an Auditor for CLB Coopers. Richard then moved to RSM Robson Rhodes in 1996 as a Senior Audit Manager. In 2000, Smith joined AstraZeneca as an Executive Assistant to the Group CFO, a Finance Director for M&A, and a Lead Technical Controller for Statutory Reporting. From 2009 to 2015, Smith worked for Advanced Medical Solutions as Business Unit Director for OEM Supply, VP of Sales and Business Development, and Group Financial Controller. In 2015, Smith became the Owner of Hichards and an Associate Director for Integral Finance. Richard then took on the role of Chief Financial Officer for Ostara Biomedical Ltd and Bioxydyn Limited, and has held this position since 2017.

Richard Smith attended Bolton School from 1979 to 1986.
