Al Simon has held a variety of roles in the finance and business industries since 2013. In 2013, they were a Business Development Consultant for Mercedes-Benz USA and a Database Manager/Business Analyst III for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. From 2015 to 2016, Al worked at Deutsche Bank as a Business Manager for COO of Fixed Incomes/Debt Operations. In 2017, Al was a Fellow for the Kairos Society and in 2018 they were a part of Cohort 12 for Tacklebox. Since 2019, Al has been the Co-Founder & CEO of Elude, a travel search engine & app.

Al Simon obtained a Bachelor's of Arts (B.A) and a Bachelor's of Science (B.S) from Rider University in 2014, with a triple major in International Business, Economics, and Global Multinational Studies. In 2013, they obtained a Certification in International Economics and International Relations from the University of the Sunshine Coast. al also obtained a Leadership Development Certification from Rider University in September 2012, as well as Advanced Excel and Advanced S.A.P. Tool Certifications from the same institution.
