Robert Zemlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at eLumen, Inc., where they have been working since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Associate at the same company starting in April 2021.
From 2018 to 2020, Robert worked as a Project Manager at SGSco, based in Brooklyn Center. In this role, they were responsible for the creation and delivery of Flexo Print Plates to large scale printers. Robert successfully managed multiple clients, fine-tuned processes, and significantly reduced in-house errors.
Before their time at SGSco, Robert worked as a teacher and paraprofessional at Chisago Lakes Public Schools from 2010 to 2018. During their tenure, they taught various grade levels, including a multi-grade classroom, and took on the role of content chair for subjects such as reading, math, science, and social studies.
Prior to Chisago Lakes Public Schools, Robert served as a teacher at FOREST LAKE AREA SCHOOLS from 2006 to 2009. Robert was part of a team that implemented new guided reading strategies for 6th grade students.
In the earlier stages of their career, Robert held the position of Senior Project Manager at Artropolis, Inc. (2000-2003), where they led a team in the production of e-commerce websites. At Juntunen Media Inc. (1996-1999), they served as an Associate Project Manager and primarily coordinated efforts for an LMS project for 3M. Robert also had a brief stint as a Copy Writer/Editor at Microsoft Sidewalk.com in 1995, where they edited and rewrote state park descriptions for online accessibility.
With a strong background in project management, education, and customer success, Robert brings a wide range of skills and experiences to their current role at eLumen, Inc.
Robert Zemlin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Hamline University in the years 1990 to 1997. Robert further pursued their education at the same institution from 2003 to 2006, earning a Teaching Certificate in Education.
